About The Owner:
Mrs. Tracy Taylor-Barkley has been affiliated with the Pennsylvania’s Personal Care Home Industry for over 25 years. She has been an advocate for adults in The Mental Health Community since 2012. It is her belief that all people should be treated with dignity and respect, including adults in the Mental Health Community. Her years of experience have helped her develop a deep sense of devotion for improving the quality of life in State License Personal Care Homes.
Mrs. Taylor is a graduate of Lincoln University. She holds a Master of Arts in Human Service Administration MHSA and a Bachelor of Science in Human Services BHS. Her vision is to focus on community organization and change within the Pennsylvania Personal Care Home Industry. She has also successfully completed The Department Approved Personal Care Home Administrator Training and Long Term Living Administrator Courses.
It is because of Tracy’s caring attitude and Christian philosophy; she chooses to share her knowledge and experience with other Personal Care Home administrators and aspiring entrepreneurs. By providing technical assistance to various PCH Providers in the County of Philadelphia.
